Tag Rugby & BBQ

One of the big social events of the Cashel Rugby Year takes place this Saturday, June 16, at the Club grounds with the annual Tag Rugby Tournament followed by a barbecue.

The minis will launch the days proceedings with free registration at 10.30am followed by games at 11am. This is open to both boys and girls between the ages of six and 13 so make sure and come along for a bit of fun and games until 12.30pm. This event has been kindly sponsored by “Good Herdsmen Organic Meats”.

The afternoon will see some great exhibition tag rugby been played by teams from far and wide and always provides a great days entertainment with some magnificent skill sets on show.

If you thought that was enough. It just gets better with a barbecue to follow with music and craic into the night.

This always rounds off the day perfectly. So make sure to come along to a brilliant event at the Rugby Club that never fails to disappoint. Tickets are for sale on the day or at Spearman’s Tea Rooms at €15.
