Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers and The Little Milk Company (Dungarvan, County Waterford) have taken home one of the Coups de Coeur awards from the recent prestigious Salon du Fromage in Paris.
Their joint creation of Organic Cashel Blue was one of ten products chosen for an award from 140 entries from eight countries. The cheese had previously won a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2016.
Crozier Blue, made by Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers, was also a winner in the Coups de Coeur awards at the last edition of the Salon du Fromage in 2016.
