Morrissey and Daniels, TR Dallas and Bagatelle are among the top acts appearing at the Coachman, Parnell Street, Clonmel, as part of this weekend’s Clonmel Busking Festival.
Marty Daniels has quite simply one of the very best Country voices to grace the Irish Country Music Scene in recent times.
With a Mid-Atlantic vocal style and a range rarely experienced outside Nashville, his recordings have regularly been confused with those originating on Music Row.
Marty has served his time in the business, honing his craft and Country Music lovers will remember him clearly from his time with Louise Morrissey’s Band.
Norman Morrissey has a personality as big as the Rock of Cashel and he is definitely one of Tipperary’s great characters.
Norman spent many years as part of the acclaimed ‘Morrissey’s’ folk group.
He also played bass guitar with his sister Louise Morrissey for a number of years and in 2007 released his first solo album.
Currently, when Norman is not on air at Tipp FM, he is part of a very successful duo with Country singer Marty Daniels. They are known as Morrissey and Daniels.
Morrissey & Daniels are appearing at The Coachman on Saturday, August 10 with support act The Man in Black as part of The Clonmel Busking Festival.
TR Dallas has toured and performed with some of the biggest names in Country Music such as Johnny Cash, Boxcar Willie, Don Williams and Foster & Allen. In 1981 he graced the stage at the Grand Old Opry in Nashville, and in 1987 he represented Ireland at the European Gold Star Awards in Holland where he came joint third with the world-famous group The New Seekers.
T.R. Dallas is playing Live at The Coachman as part of the Busking Festival on Thursday, August 8.

Bagatelle are playing Live at The Coachman on Sunday August 11
