Molly Ryan and her dog Toto.
People in Cashel will have an opportunity to support a new business and get their hands on some lovely cards and frames this Friday!
Molly Ryan has taken her love of dogs and designed a range of cards and frames for a little business she has named 'Molly's Cards.'
Molly and her dog Toto (pictured below) are the logo for the new brand and Toto is the inspiration behind the designs.
Molly will be in Supervalu, Cashel, this Friday, July 6, from 2pm to 4pm selling her dog frames and cards. They are the perfect gift for dog lovers.
Molly wants to inspire other people and show that everybody has potential of they are given a chance.
Molly, who is 28, has Down Syndrome and is a very independent young lady. Her family are so proud of her achievements, as she has faced a lot of challenges but remains resilient.
This project enhances her personal development and shows people the ability that can be developed once young adults are given a chance.
Any profit this business makes will assists Molly with her speech therapy classes.
Supervalu have very kindly invited this budding entrepreneur to showcase her products and generously sponsored her banner.
'Molly's Cards' is just a summer venture for now as Molly does not have a full time day service yet so she is utilising the time and going on a new journey - with the help of her sister Caitriona, a teacher at Cashel Community School.
Feedback has been great and at Easter Miriam O'Callaghan from RTE wrote to Molly and complimented her on her dog products.
Molly loves meeting new people and showing them her products. It keeps her busy and stimulated which is so important. Molly even writes a personal thank you note with every order.
So don't forget to call in to Supervalu this Friday afternoon and get your lovely cards!
