Tipperary rents jump 10% so far this year
Rents for 2-bed houses in Tipperary have jumped more than 10% in the first three months of this year.

According to the Daft.ie report, released today (Tuesday) rents in Ireland are showing the biggest annual increase on record.

Experts blame the shooting rents on the lack of available properties to rent – with just 3,100 properties available to rent nationwide on May 1 this is the lowest figure on record.
