Proposed estate of 18 homes in Carrick-on-Suir gets planning green light

Tipperary County Council has granted conditional planning permission for a new housing estate of eighteen homes in Carrick-on-Suir.

Clonmel based JSF Property Holding Ltd received the planning green light from the local authority on June 8 for the new estate at Towns Park/John Street, Carrick-on-Suir.

The developer must wait until July to receive the final grant of permission as the Council's decision can be appealed up to a month after it is made.

The proposals are to build  fifteen three-bed and three four-bed houses together with 28 car parking spaces on the site.

The new project will include the demolition of a cuurently derelict outbuilding on the site, which is formerly known as Carrick House.
