New lego club among range of social activities at Carrick-on-Suir Library this autumn

Carrick-on-Suir Library's has set up a new Lego Club for children and is starting Genealogy and Pilates for Men classes.

The Lego Club is for children aged 7 to 10 years and runs once a month on a Monday from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. It started thsi Monday, September 10.

The Genealogy Classes are starting on Thursday, September 27 from 10am to 11.30am and will run for six weeks.  And the Pilates for Men classes start on Friday, October 5 and will run from 11am to 12 Noon for 8 weeks.  

Other Library social clubs and groups have resumed their meetings after the summer break.  The Scrabble Group meets every Monday from 11am to 1pm; the Art Group meets on Tuesdays from 11am to 1pm while Adult Book Clubs are on every second Tuesday from 2.30pm to 3.30pm and on the first Wednesday of the month from 7pm to 8pm. 

The Library's Literary Group is on every Wednesday from 2.30pm to 4.00pm; the Women's Group meets on Thursdays from 11.30pm to 1pm and the Knitting Group meets every Thursday from 2.30pm to 4pm.
