The late Elizabeth (Betty) O'Sullivan

The death has occurred on December 18 of Elizabeth (Betty) O'Sullivan (née Murphy), Church Street, Listowel, Co Kerry and formerly of Clonmel. Peacefully in the exceptional care of Aras Mhuire Nursing Home, Listowel. Pre-deceased by her husband Michael O'Sullivan, Department of Social Welfare and their daughter Denise. Sadly missed by her son Ned, daughters Eleanor, Joan and Lorraine, daughter-in-law Helen, sons-in-law Doug, Michael and Eleanor’s partner Dave; her brother Denis (Athy), her adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at O'Carroll’s Funeral Home, Listowel, on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to St. Mary’s Church, Listowel. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Listowel. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Aras Mhuire Nursing Home, Listowel.

The late Christine Breen

The death has occurred of Christine Breen (née Pollard), Cnock Mhuire, Davis Rd., Clonmel. Peacefully in the care of the staff at The Mercy Hospital, Cork. Christine, predeceased by her husband Tony, sisters Maureen and Martina, brothers Thomas, Micheal, Larry and Morris. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Susan (Hogan), son-in-law David, grandchildren Thomas, Natasha, Fiona and Aoife, great-grandchild Cillian, sisters Gretta, Anna, Kitty, Eileen and Breda, brothers Joe, Paddy and Kieran, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandsons-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Wednesday evening from 4 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Removal on Thursday to SS Peter & Paul's Church arriving at 12.45 o'clock for Requiem Mass at 1 o'clock. Funeral thereafter to St. Patrick's Cemetery. House private on Thursday morning please.

The late Kitty Connolly

The death has occurred of Kitty Connolly (née Manton), The Mill Cottages, Cahir. Kitty passed away peacefully at home on Monday afternoon. She will be very sadly missed by her loving daughter Geraldine and her partner Kieran, grandchildren Thomas, Kim and her husband Dave, Catherine (McGrath), great-grandson Daithi, sister-in-law, Phil, nephews, great-grandnephews, great-grandnieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends especially John Bell and Cathleen Cremmins.

Reposing at Costigan's Funeral Home, Cahir on Wednesday evening from 6.00oc. to 8.00oc. Arriving at St. Mary's church Cahir on Thursday for Funeral mass at 11.00am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Irish Heart Foundation.

The late Annie Hayden

The death has occurred of Annie Hayden, Lismolin, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary on December 19th 2017, in the loving care of Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, Callan, Co. Kilkenny. Annie, deeply regretted by her loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Bretts Funeral Home, Mullinahone on Wednesday, 20th December, from 5pm to 7pm with removal to the Church of The Assumption, Ballingarry for 7.30pm. Requiem Mass Thursday, 21st December, at 11.30am followed by burial in the Old Cemetery, Balllingarry.

The late Teresa Heffernan

The death has occurred of Teresa Heffernan (née Doherty), Glenough, Rossmore, Cashel, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Ballyhurst), on December 18th 2017, peacefully at her residence. Teresa, wife of the late Patrick; sadly missed by her loving family, daughter Julie Greene (Kilmurry, Sixmilebridge), sons Thomas, Richard (Ballyhurst), Michael (Two-mile-Borris), Seamus (Doorish), PJ (Boston) and Willie (St. Louis), sisters Sr. Regis (Presentation Convent Thurles), Sr. Collette (Presentation Convent Clonmel), Annie Hanley and Lilly Ryan, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, niece, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Hayes Funeral Chapel, Clonoulty on Wednesday evening from 4.30 o’c with removal at 7.30 o’c to Rossmore Church. Requiem Mass Thursday at 11.30 o’c and burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society & South Tipperary Hospice.

The late Rev. Fr. Philip J. Ryan

The death has occurred of Rev Fr Philip J Ryan, Lakeport, California, and Graniera, Milestone, Thurles. Funeral Arrangements Later

 

The late Rita Ryan

The death has occurred of Rita Ryan, St. Patrick's Terrace, Nenagh, Tipperary; and formerly of Ballycarronn, Curreeney. Peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Beacon Hospital. Predeceased by her sister Maura and brother Tony. Sadly missed by her loving family, Fred, Tom, Martin and Matt, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing on Wednesday at Keller's Funeral Home, Nenagh from 5pm until 7pm followed by removal to St. Mary of the Rosary Church, Nenagh arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Killinaive Cemetery.

 

The late Teresa (Tessie) Ryan

The death has occurred of Teresa (Tessie) Ryan (Andrews), London and formerly of Cloneygowney, Portroe, predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Tommy, May, Michael, Martin, Rody, Bridget and Kathleen. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Peggy (London), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing on Thursday at Ryan's Funeral Home Nenagh from 5.30pm until 7pm followed by Removal to Portroe Church arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 o'c with Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
