All roads lead to Carrick On Suir this Friday, May 17 where there is a hurling feast consisting of a double bill featuring Tipperary and Waterford county teams, as part of the Maurice Davin Memorial festivities.
The first match is the Tipperary and Waterford under-21s which starts at 6pm sharp. This is followed by the senior match of Tipperary and Waterford at 7.30pm.
The Carrick-on-Suir Republican Flute Band will provide entertainment and parade the players at the matches and match programmes will be available on the night. Patrons and supports are advised to travel early as huge crowds are expected with both managers committed to fielding full strength teams. Free match parking will be available at the Mart in Johnâ€™s Street, The Tannery Business Park, Greystoneâ€™s Street and on the Clonmel Road.
Admission prices are Adults â‚¬10, students and OAP â‚¬5 and U16 Free Admission with proceedings going towards the Maurice Davin Memorial Fund.
