Tipperary event cleaning firm Ryans Cleaning have been set a whole new challenge by the team at Dublin Zoo.
As well as their usual role keeping the Zoo spick and span by day, they are now tasked with the job of cleaning the Zoo at night as ‘Wild Lights’ runs from now until Sunday, 7th of January 2018.
Wild Lights is a must-see experience at Dublin Zoo where visitors will embark on an enchanted trail to discover a dazzling array of beautifully crafted, giant colourful lanterns inspired by wildlife.
Ryans Cleaning has been contracted to Dublin Zoo for over 16 years and cleaning it by night is a first for the team but one they are really enjoying.
Aoife Keegan Twomey, Senior Events Executive, Dublin Zoo “The crew from Ryans Cleaning are performing extremely well at Wild Lights, they are going above and beyond the call of duty.”
Elaine Ryan, MD Ryans Cleaning commented “It’s going really well and we couldn’t be more pleased with our cleaning team who are working at Dublin Zoo and doing a terrific job.
A dedicated team has been selected to work at Wild Lights and we affectionately refer to them as the ‘Cleaning Fairies’.
For over 30 years we have been cleaning at venues and events at home and in the UK from agricultural shows to rock festivals and when the entertainment ends often under a night’s sky, our work begins as usually the venue must be turned around for the next day of the show, festival or gig. So this crew of Cleaning Fairies is extremely familiar with the complexities of cleaning when dark.
On any given night of Wild Lights, the Ryans Cleaning Fairies keep the venue spotless so visitors can enjoy the venue and Wild Lights in all its glory.
