GAA Monthly Meeting:
The monthly GAA Committee meeting will take place this Friday night 27th April at 9pm in the Sports Centre. Please attend.
GAA Lotto: The winning numbers in Monday 16th April draw were 2-9-15-25. No Jackpot winner on the night. Match three winners were Jovita Delaney, Ardmayle, Ellie & Danielle Ryan, Castlemoyle, David Ferncombe, Longfield. The Jackpot is now at 11,800. Please support. Juvenile GAA: The U6,U8 and U10s were all on home ground last Saturday morning with their training as per usual. Hard luck to both the U14s who lost their football match against Clonakenny and to the U16 who were defeated by Holycross. The U12 age group played challenge games last Saturday against Knockavilla Kickams and were victors in their match. The Kellogs GAA Cul Camp will be held in our club from Monday 2nd July to Friday the 6th. Parents have the option of registering on line at www.kellogsculcamp.ie and save 5 euro per child by doing so or you can register at a later date with our Cul Camp Co-ordinator Esther Kavanagh. More details in the coming weeks. Best of luck to all 3 schools in their Cumann na mBunscol competitions, hopefully all the hard training will pay off.
Well Done: Congrats to Jack Moloughney, Dualla N.S. and Mark Downey, Ballytarsna N.S. who played at half time of the Tipp v. Cork league semi-final last Sunday in Semple Stadium. The young players were seen take to field in the GAA Respect Initiative. The GAA Respect Initiative is aimed at players of all ages, at coaches, spectators and at Clubs with the aim of promoting positive behaviour and to ensure that an enriching environment is provided for the promotion and development of our Gaelic Games.
Seniors: Our seniors play J.K. Brackens this Sunday in Round 2 of the Mid Senior Hurling Championship. Check fixtures for time and venue. Best of luck.
First Confession & First Holy Communion: The children of the parish in 2nd class are busy preparing for First Confession and First Holy Communion. Thirty two children from the parish will receive the sacrament of First Holy Communion. The dates are Dualla: Saturday, 19th May and Boherlahan: Saturday, 26th May.
Eucharistic Congress Parish Faith Journey: Our Station Masses for the month of April will take place at the homes of Tom & Kathleen O’Donnell, Fussough on Thursday, 26th April and at Willie Joe & Eleanor Dwyer, Ballytarsna on Friday, 27th April. The celebration commences with Adoration at 5.00pm and concludes with Mass at 7.00pm. All neighbours and friends are invited to come along. Sincere thanks to all host families.
Eucharistic Congress Closing Mass: This takes place on the afternoon on Sunday, 17th June. Anyone wishing to attend must send in an application form in order to receive a ticket. The cost is 10 euro. Application forms are available in the Sacristy.
Dualla N.S. Blessing & Official Opening: We are hoping to officially open and bless our new school in Dualla on Friday, 15th June. The organising committee will be looking for help from parents and patrons of the school in marking this historical milestone for the school and community. More details next week.

Work Morning: There is a clean-up planned in preparation for First Holy Communion in Dualla. This work morning will take place on Saturday, 28th April at 10am in the car park / community centre area. Those who will volunteer their time are asked to bring gardening equipment etc. with them.
